Not Good

Hi I bought this battery because I bought the W2 Max Drone in December from Hug Me Toys in Nutgrove Shopping Centre, and I couldn’t use it till January as the weather was too bad and the instructions said not to use it in the rain and high winds. When I charged the battery for the first time it lasted 8 minutes I only used the drone 4 times! Now the battery lasts only a minute and won’t move the drone forward or backwards only up to a height of 2 feet. So i went back to HugMe in Nutgrove Shopping Centre and the staff said to buy a new battery from the website and they would fit it but I got it myself and charged it. And this new battery is actually worse as it lasts even less than the original battery. The batteries are faulty and I haven’t been able to use the Drone as intended. Can you please advise what I am to do now??
